Hand formed from a textured gritty clay. Painted with a washed white then finished with grey/blue imperfect stripes.

This piece belongs to the Lotus Flower Collection. A sculptural series of vessels that were inspired by the shapes of the beautiful lotus flower during it’s different stages of blooming. It features all of my usual imperfections, uneven surfaces, small cracks and bumps and exposed clay.
